Maximum compute speed can vary with analysis conditions and model complexity. Structural analysis runs on 1 core on every plan, so the speed multiplier does not apply to it.
Reports and AI Features
Basic Report is included in every plan. Each AI Report uses 10 credits. Free includes 1 AI Report. Starter has no cap on the number of AI Reports. Pro has no cap on the number of AI Reports. AI Assistant has plan-specific usage limits, and we show a notice on screen when you reach your limit.

FAQs
How do plans and credits differ?
Your plan sets the scale and permissions of your workspace: compute speed, stored analyses per project, batch and concurrency limits, and AI access. Credits are what running a simulation or using some AI features, such as AI Report, consumes, and you can top them up any time your monthly allocation runs short.
How do batch runs and concurrent runs differ?
Batch runs let you submit several cases together. Concurrent runs are the cases being computed at the same time. Concurrency limits apply across your account. Free: no batch runs and 1 concurrent runs. Starter: up to 3 cases per batch and 1 concurrent runs. Pro: up to 10 cases per batch and 5 concurrent runs.
Which plans include reports?
Basic Report is included in every plan. Each AI Report uses 10 credits. Free includes 1 AI Report. Starter has no cap on the number of AI Reports. Pro has no cap on the number of AI Reports. AI Assistant has plan-specific usage limits. On Free, AI Assistant is available in 1 project. When you reach your limit, we show a notice on screen. Buying extra credits doesn’t change your plan’s features or limits.
How many credits are included each month?
Paid plans include these monthly credits: Starter 100, Pro 2000. Free grants 5 credits at signup and 20 after onboarding, each once. Free credits do not refresh monthly.
If private projects are unlimited, are simulation runs unlimited too?
No. Running a simulation uses credits, however many private projects you have. Separately from the project count, each plan’s limits on stored analyses per project, batch size, concurrency and storage still apply. See the plan comparison above for each plan’s limits.
How do monthly and purchased credits differ?
Paid-plan monthly credits refresh each month; unused credits do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire and can be used on Free. Monthly credits are used first, followed by purchased credits. Buying credits does not change your plan features or limits.
