EverySim Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "EverySim" or "Company") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of the data subject in accordance with Article 30 of the "Personal Information Protection Act" and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Member registration and management: Verifying intention to register as a member, providing member services, preventing service abuse, etc.
2. Provision of goods or services: Providing EveryDrone service, content provision, providing customized services, etc.
3. Use for marketing and advertising: Providing event information and participation opportunities, service guidance, etc.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information approved by law or at the time of collection from the data subject.

② The specific processing and retention periods for personal information are as follows:

• Member registration and management: Until membership withdrawal
• Provision of goods or services: Until service completion and payment/settlement completion
• However, in case of the following reasons, until the end of the corresponding period
  • Records related to display/advertising, contract contents and performance, etc. in accordance with the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc." - Records related to display/advertising: 6 months, Records related to contract or withdrawal of subscription, payment of price, supply of goods, etc.: 5 years, Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
  • Retention of communication confirmation data in accordance with the "Protection of Communications Secrets Act" - Subscriber's electronic communication date, start/end time, counterpart subscriber number, usage count, transmission base station location tracking data: 1 year, Computer communication, internet log records, access point tracking data: 3 months

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

① The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and provides personal information to third parties only in cases where the data subject consents, or in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as special provisions of the law.

Article 4 (Rights and Duties of the Data Subject and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)

① The data subject may exercise the rights to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of personal information to the Company at any time.

② The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 may be made to the Company in writing, by email, by fax, etc. in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the "Personal Information Protection Act," and the Company will take action without delay.

③ The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 may be made through the legal representative of the data subject or a delegate who has received delegation. In this case, a power of attorney according to Form No. 11 of the "Notice on the Method of Processing Personal Information (No. 2020-7)" must be submitted.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

① The Company destroys the personal information without delay when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose.

② If personal information must be preserved in accordance with other laws despite the expiration of the personal information retention period agreed to by the data subject or the achievement of the processing purpose, the personal information is moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.

Article 6 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices)

① The Company uses 'cookies' that store and retrieve usage information to provide customized services to users.

② A cookie is a small amount of information sent by the server (http) used to operate the website to the user's computer browser and may be stored on the hard disk of the user's PC computer.

Article 7 (Personal Information Protection Officer)

① The Company designates the following personal information protection officer to be in charge of overall tasks related to personal information processing and to handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing by the data subject.

Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

This privacy policy is effective from February 2025, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections to changes in accordance with laws and policies, we will notify you through notices 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
